Edgecliff

Back

Situated on the first floor, this two-bedroom apartment in Edgecliff underwent a remarkable transformation to create a stunning Art Deco ambiance. The redesign meticulously utilized every nook and cranny to maximize space and storage without creating a cluttered appearance. We employed a tasteful combination of walnut timbers and veneers, complemented by areas of hand-painted white finishes, all seamlessly integrated into the unit’s curved walls.

Our team at Bober, in collaboration with the creative minds at Alexandra Kidd Design, were able to successfully design, manufacture, and install a host of custom features. These included a kitchen with an integrated laundry, master and spare bedroom wardrobes, a study, a living area bench seat, two bathrooms, and living room bookshelves. The bookshelves were specifically designed to accommodate the client’s extensive book collection, adding further curves to the design to avoid sharp edges that might enclose the smaller spaces. The end result is a harmonious blend of functionality and style, enhancing the charm of the apartment while catering to the practical needs of the client
